Returns, Repairs and Exchanges
Most of the items on our web sites are made to order. Item(s) made to order
cannot be canceled once the factory has begun making the item(s). All furniture,
mattresses, most of the bedding items, etc., are items that are made to order.
So please make sure that you want the item(s) before ordering them.
If you need help, our
customer service department would
be happy to help you determine your best options. Customers are responsible
for all shipping charges.
Foreign Orders:
Shipments to countries other than
the United States. Shipping prices that are on the web site are for US
orders only. For shipments to other countries, please
email us with the details of the exact items you are interested in
ordering and your shipping address, including country. Foreign orders must
be ordered by mail with a check or money order in U.S. Dollars ($). We do
not accept payment with credit cards for foreign orders. Customers are
responsible for all shipping costs, including but not limited to delivery
costs, customs, and tariffs.
